I spent years around elite performance — as a professional athlete, training professional athletes, building fitness programs and helping people perform at the highest level. But the more time I spent in schools and communities across the country, the more obvious something became:
"Access to health and wellness isn’t equal."
The communities that often need the most support are the ones working with outdated facilities, unused spaces or no meaningful wellness resources at all. That never sat right with me.
So I created Impact Fitness Foundation to help reimagine what these spaces could become. We work alongside schools, community organizations and partners to transform overlooked areas into fitness, movement and mindfulness environments that energize entire communities. And we don’t believe impact stops on reveal day. That’s why we stay involved through programming, education and ongoing support designed to help healthy habits take root and grow over time.
Because every community deserves spaces that inspire people to move, grow and believe in what’s possible.
